Would give a zero if I could. Rented from here the previous tenants had a full repainting taken out of their deposit work wasn't carried out. I left the house cleaner than when we got it and was charged 180 for limescale removal asked for proof work had been done surprisingly never got it. Have bought now and would never trust them after this experience and therefore would not use them in future even if I loved a house that was up with them wouldn't trust them
We tried to collect the keys on behalf of a friend for a lettings property from this agent, after phoning 11 times and visiting the shop twice we eventually spoke to the agent who shouted at us down the phone. Very rude staff, very disorganized agent - unable to return phone calls, unable to be courteous to clients. Shameful!
