We went to see one the properties they have available and it was awful ! Black Mould, fly infestation, they didn't make any effort to clean the property prior view, the estate agent didn't even give us the time to have a look properly, it felt almost that she didn't want it us to see the disgusting condition of the property. Then offer us to speak to the Mortgage adviser, but we would have to wait 2 hours, we drove 3 hours to see this property and they expected us to wait 2 more hours when we took literally 10 minutes to see the property. Very unprofessional.
