A warm welcome, delightful room, excellent breakfast, helpful hosts, and handy for Axminster station. Even before I travelled I knew I would be well looked after, as Dianne took the trouble to contact me to help me find the B&B. As I was coming by train she then sent details of a walking route from the station vai footpath I could use to reduce the distance. I stayed only one night, to visit nearby family, but received the warmest welcome including an offer of a refreshing cuppa and some fresh milk for tea in my room, which I particularly appreciated. The station was ten minutes walk away - fine for me as I like to stretch my legs after sitting on train, bus or car. My room was uniquely decorated - you can see photos on their web site; even the window glass fitted the design. Wonderful to explore. Breakfast was excellent, especially the home-made jam, another winner!

It was an absolute pleasure to stay here, they went above and beyond for us. The room was so clean and so well decorated, I couldnt fault it. The food was delicious, it was the best veggie breakfast Ive ever had, just wish I could have finished it all! Such a variety and reall lovely people. Thank you for making it special for us!

Beautiful place, very welcoming. Rooms were simply gorgeous, very clean and fresh, with a beautiful homely touch. Breakfast was amazing, with a wide choice of delights, even homemade jams. Would highly recommend.
