This is a very dangerous place to leave a tradesperson with a debit card. I only called in to price up a new piece of kit and left over an hour later with 1400 worth of tools. The staff were very knowledgeable, offering alternatives to my selections, giving both the positives and negatives of the different options. There was no pressure selling, just honest opinions from people who have obviously worked with the types of tools that they are selling. The tools I purchased have been worked quite hard since, and are still going strong. The accessories that were recommended to me have been invaluable and made the tools mush more versatile.In short great tools, good advice and excellent service!!!

Very friendly but would not honour there price match on a hedge trimmer as the other company Lawson-his were 45 cheaper and gave you a clipping sheet so Axminster power tool said it was not the same. We were happy not to have the clipping sheet. Always look on line first and phone if they say they will price match as they are looking for get outs!!!
Been buying from them for about 40 years and never had anything less than excellent service, quality and prices. Their product knowledge is far greater than some other companies I can think of.
This is such an amazing place for tools, small and large and all of the best quality. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They keep a great stock both in the store and in the local warehouse.
